- Orders are placed by quotation: request a quote on the website or contact us. Your order is confirmed when you accept our quotation and, for branded items, approve the artwork.
- Our minimum order is 50 pieces or an order value of AED 500.
- You agree to give accurate and complete information when you request a quotation or place an order.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices on the website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
- Prices on the website may change without notice. The price of your order is the one in the quotation you accept, and the quotation sets out the payment terms.
4. Shipping and delivery
- We deliver across the UAE and internationally. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the location and the courier.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs or courier delays.

6. Intellectual property
- All content on giftplanet.ae, including logos, images, product descriptions and designs, belongs to Gift Planet or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

- We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices or other content on the website are free of errors.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift Planet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
