Where we deliver, how long it takes and how shipping is charged.

At Gift Planet we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Delivery locations
- We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
- We also deliver internationally on request. Additional charges and customs duties may apply.
2. Delivery time
- Orders without branding: 7–10 days.
- Branded orders: the production and delivery timeline is confirmed in your quotation, once you approve the artwork.
- Orders confirmed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, the size of the order and the delivery method, and are set out in your quotation.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, we send you the tracking details where the courier provides them.
5. Delivery issues
- If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@giftplanet.ae or +971 50 684 5294.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect delivery address.
