Cancellations, damaged or faulty items, and refunds.

Most Gift Planet orders are branded or prepared to your specification, so cancellations and returns work differently from regular retail.
Cancelling an order
- An order without branding can be cancelled before it is dispatched.
- A branded order can be cancelled before you approve the artwork. Once production has started, the goods are being made for you and the order cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is different from the order you approved, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund it.
Change of mind
Branded and personalised products cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they are made to your order. Other products can be returned only if we agree to it in writing before they are sent back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back using the method you paid with.
